Why we built this
Traditional online learning
was failing African learners.
We looked at the global e-learning industry and saw a product that wasn't designed for us — built around passive consumption, Western market assumptions, and subscription models that don't fit the economic reality of most African learners. The results showed it too: completion rates under 10%, zero community, and skills that didn't transfer to the local job market.
We asked a simpler question: how do the best learners actually learn? The answer was consistent — in small groups, with expert guides, accountable to peers who are on the same journey. Earnvoy was built to be exactly that.

How we vet every instructor
The quality of your learning experience depends entirely on the quality of your instructor. That is why our vetting process is rigorous, and why we turn down the majority of instructor applications we receive.
We only work with practitioners — professionals who are actively doing the work they teach, have results to show for it, and can communicate those skills clearly to a group. Every instructor on Earnvoy has been through the following process before their first cohort goes live.
Step 01
Active career requirement
Every instructor must currently work in the field they teach. No academics, no theoretical teaching — you learn from someone who does it professionally right now.
Step 02
Track record review
We verify work history, client outcomes, and professional reputation before approving any instructor. Claims are backed by evidence you can check yourself.
Step 03
Pilot cohort evaluation
New instructors run a paid pilot cohort before going live to the catalogue. Student feedback is reviewed rigorously — the standard must be met before a programme is published.
