Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 May 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Earnvoy (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Enrolment and access
When you enrol in a course and complete payment, you receive a one-time invite link to a private WhatsApp or Telegram group for the duration of the programme. Access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share your invite link with others.
3. Payments
All course fees are stated in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are payable in full upfront. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments are final except as described in Section 4.
4. Refund policy
You are entitled to a full refund if you request one within 48 hours of enrolment, provided the course has not yet started and you have not been added to the group. After 48 hours, or once the programme has begun, refunds are not available. To request a refund, email support@earnvoy.online with your payment reference.
5. Conduct
All learners are expected to engage respectfully in their groups. Earnvoy reserves the right to remove any participant from a group without refund if they:
- Harass, abuse, or demean other participants or the instructor
- Share group content externally without permission
- Engage in spam, scams, or unauthorised promotion
- Violate any applicable law within the group
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, recordings, documents, and resources shared by instructors remain the intellectual property of the respective instructor or Earnvoy. You may use them for your own personal learning only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Earnvoy provides a platform for instructor-led learning. We do not guarantee specific career or financial outcomes from completing any course. Instructor credentials and track records are verified to our best ability but are ultimately the instructor's own representations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Earnvoy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
